Renegotiate!

I've been following what's going on with the interest rates and suddenly it's worth my while to renegotiate. I'm going to start over - mortgagely speaking. I can drop a whole percentage point on my mortgage rate now, then lock it in for a full 5 years. While I'm no Donald Trump, I really think that rates have bottomed out and now is the time to lock in. Time will tell.
