Mystery Solved

Things were disappearing. Not valuables, just odd things: The pen by the phone. Nail clippers and guitar picks from the studio. And most bewildering, the screen from the drain in the bathroom sink. These items were all easily replaced but not knowing where they were going was driving me nuts. It all became clear early Sunday morning. Around 4 AM, I was awakened by some noises coming from the bathroom. It was a metallic clicking. I was about to get up but there was a thump, then Pixie trotted out triumphantly carrying the new drain screen from the bathroom sink. (Later, I found it buried in the rabbits' hay. Where the other things are, I still don't know.) When things go missing now, I have a pretty good idea of who the culprit is.
