So, I'm Sittin' There...

Yesterday afternoon, I was watching the re-roll of the first Leafs game. From a sound sleep, Jasper suddenly went nuts. He roared downstairs and barked at the side door like the world depended on it. I look in the driveway...a red mini-van was there. (Who do I know with a red mini-van?) I grabbed Jasper's collar and cracked open the door... "Yer home, are ya?" It was Marvin! He hasn't been to my place in 2 years, but a family funeral brought him right to my neighbourhood so he decided to stop by. What a great surprise! We sat out back and had a nice visit. Then we wandered up to T-Bones and stuffed ourselves on steak. But, as suddenly as it had begun, the visit was over. Marv got back into his van and was gone. He'll be back though...in 2012.
