Tree Day 2.0

Jasper loves the new yard. There's sunshine back there - for the first time in years! Just before noon yesterday, the tree guys arrived. It was two glorious hours of me pointing and them cutting, dragging, chipping and sweeping. We tore through years of overgrown neglect. Each cut brought more and more spots of daylight into the back yard until now, I can't believe the difference. The back yard is no longer a cave. Inside the house, it's a lot brighter too. My yard can finally take advantage of all that southern exposure. Dusty patches will turn into a lawn...meaning fewer muddy paws.
