Tale of Two Levels

I love my house. It's in a great location, the street's quiet and the neighbours are friendly. The only problem with it is: the previous owner was a cheapskate. When he added a second level to the original bungalo, he neglected to update the furnace. What's worse, he didn't even bother to run air ducts up to the second level. He simply stuck a floor board heater in each upstairs room. So yesterday, while downstairs was all comfortably air-conditioned, upstairs - where my studio, computer and big screen TV are, the thermometre hit north of 100 degrees. I'm thinking of getting a bucket of rocks and a water scoop.
