I didn't know ribs could be such a process! I found this recipe on the web with all kinds of raving reviews so I'm trying it. After prepping the rack, it needed to be marinated overnight. I used Emeril's Essence. Done. Then, they needed to be be simmered until tender. Also done. After that, they needed to be bathed in barbecue sauce and marinated...again, overnight. Finally, they got cut into pieces and wrapped in individual tin foil packets. Done, done and done. Now, I just need to put them in the oven at 400 for half an hour and I get to find out if all this time and effort was worth it...
Yes. Yes it was.
