I didn't know I was asking so much. I simply wanted to move where my cable comes into the house. It was originally routed on the outside, turning around 5 corners. My way goes around one corner and removes all that outside cable. The first technician wouldn't touch it. "Wrong department", I was told. (?) The second guy tried, but wasn't up to it so he left too. A third technician showed up and FINALLY, I got my cable moved. So, my one little service call cost that company an awful lot when it didn't have to. This communications company needs better internal communication. How sadly ironic.
