It's one of those problems that sneaks up on you. You're working away at your desk...time passes...then, when you finally go to stand up, it's groans and creaking bones. Well, a recent 5-hour session left me stuck in the sitting position. I had to roll off my beloved antique banker's chair because I couldn't stand up! The time had come. The next day, I found a second-hand office furniture place, not a five minute drive from my house. After careful beta testing and shrewd negotiations, I came out of there with an almost-new, multi-adjustable - and mega-comfy, captain's chair. All in and out the door: $90. Being able to walk after sitting for an hour: PRICELESS.
