It's been over 5 years since I moved here. The house is about as good as I can get it and the real estate market is sizzling right now. In my area, there is exactly ONE property for sale. So, I'm going to list the house next month and sell in early June. Where I'll end up is undecided, but one thing's for sure: it won't be anywhere in the GTA...
