For the past 3 weeks, I have been home repairing and repainting in preparation for selling. As I've been going along, I've been packing up as much as I can and carefully filling the closet under the stairs. (It looks like a jigsaw puzzle of brown boxes...) The weekend was spent scrubbing, painting and landscaping. More cleaning and final staging before the real estate photographer arrives Tuesday. His job will be to make all this work pay off...when the place hits the market later in the day.
