Quite a Birthday

Yesterday was a long day. Since the auction pick-up, I had large expanses of several rooms to reconfigure. I spent the morning reorganizing the furniture and doing a final clean-up before the potential home-buyers came by with their home inspector to judge my house. At noon, I was whisked off to the Danforth by my buddy Jonathan for a fantastic Greek lunch at the Palace Restaurant. At 6:30 last night, the buyers came by, inspected my house for an hour and a half and went away - revealing nothing. My agent tells me they were extremely impressed with all the work that I'd done. There's a SOLD sign in front of my house...but the best part was getting the news. I got an e-mail from my agent Candace around mid-night: "Sold! Happy Birthday".

Oh dear this is odd ~
I just was going back over some of your blogs and noted that your first blog onthe subject of moving and selling etc was in fact on April 25... two months ago almost to the day !!
