Some news items really get under my skin. Today’s example: that scumbag who’s being made to testify against his will in the Jane Creba shooting. (Oh, the unfairness!) You see, this poor little gang-banger fears for his life now. I find this ironic because he and his peeps were all guns-a-blazin’ on Yonge Street at Christmas. He wasn't too scared then. But unfortunately for all concerned, a bullet that was meant for him killed 15 year-old Jane Creba. She's dead, her killer is still free and this butt-wad doesn't want to lift a finger to help. The authorities are insisting that he take the stand and tell all but he doesn’t want to because he fears for his sniveling life. (He turned down the Witness Protection Program so I say: let him take his chances!) This miserable flake of detritus SHOULD fear for his life. In fact, his life should really have ended on that Boxing Day – when the bullet meant for him hit Jane Creba. He’s been living on borrowed time ever since. Listen - the absolute LEAST this loser could do is to try and redeem himself by helping the cops put Creba’s killer away…but no. He’s more concerned about how he’ll look to other gang bangers. He doesn’t want to be known on the street as a “Rat”. Someone might try to kill him...again. (Boo-friggin’-hoo! I wouldn't shed so much as a frown.) But what I find even more disturbing is his mother’s very public support for him. Sure, all mothers stand by their hell’s spawn to some extent, but few would go on the radio and declare that her son has “No love for the (victim’s) family” – especially when it was her son’s nefarious activities that directly caused this innocent teen’s death. Outrageous! This goes well beyond bad judgment and into the realm of felonious parenting. Still, just because the kid has a selfish, deluded idiot for a mother that doesn’t let him off the hook. Here’s my message to him: Keep looking over your shoulder, loser. Karma can (and particularly in this case, SHOULD) be a real bitch.
